A sixth-generation native of Oakland, California, Shane stumbled upon the Hamptons by way of his best friend's family dairy farm and quickly adapted to a farm, tennis, and beach lifestyle.
With a background in PR, marketing, and sales in the sports industry, real estate is an excellent fit for his creative eye and sharp copy.
Shane studied Psychology and French at Vassar College and still misses Paris. He enjoys boxing and cooking.
Pat MacArthur is a 32 year veteran of the local Hamptons real estate market. Pat began a career at Seventeen Magazine shortly after her 18th year as assistant to the fashion director. After marriage and a stint living in Oahu, Hawaii, where she continued in fashion working for clothing label, Baba Kea, Pat settled in Centerport, Long Island and began her real estate career.
Pat is one is one of those real estate brokers whom even the toughest, most competitive brokers have an adoration for. She is warm, friendly, honest and hardworking; words associates and competitors alike often use to describe her.
In the early 1980's Pat moved to the East End with her husband and two children and began working at the former Cook Pony Farm firm. Her love of the area, people and real estate in general helped establish Pat as an agent customers and clients refer to and return to again and again. Pat works closely with her loyal following and referral clients.
Pat is often in the company of her daughter Dana, son Jon and 4 grandchildren. When not busy in the office, she enjoys the beach, sailing, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends.

From the onset of her nine-year career in trading, where she was the only female interdealer broker in the municipal bonds derivatives market, Lauren’s ability to match her clients’ needs and demands crosses over to her clientele at Sotheby’s International Realty. From the beaches where she surfed and lifeguarded growing up, to the farmland back roads she biked, Lauren’s extensive knowledge of the Hamptons, coupled with her competitive athletic and financial trading background, make her a great fit for the industry.
A fourth generation native of Amagansett, Stacey Pitts combines her gratitude and adoration for the East End of Long Island with extensive attention to detail and organization. With strong social and communication skills, Stacey offers a unique and professional real estate experience as the perfect match for clients and customers.
Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty - Bridgehampton Brokerage, Stacey honed and enjoyed a successful retail career in which she opened, owned and managed a store for a decade in Southampton, specializing in autographed memorabilia from rock n’ roll to sports.
A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, Stacey earned her BA in Business Management with a minor in Accounting. An avid rider, Stacey’s diligence developed throughout her equestrian career as a top competitor in the Hampton Classic and the Long Island Circuit since the age of five.
Stacey’s experiences have not only given her an extensive network, but also an upper hand in understanding the trends in today’s competitive market.
Stacey currently resides in Springs, New York with her husband and three children.
