Working primarily behind the scenes, Gordon supports both The Dana Trotter Team and the broader Agency Hamptons office. He oversees operations, financial management, and internal systems, ensuring the business runs efficiently and that agents have the structure and support they need to succeed.

With experience in real estate investment, development, marketing, and entrepreneurship—including ownership of a web design and software firm and a successful fitness business—Gordon takes a straightforward, solutions-focused approach. He values clarity, reliability, and results, helping build strong teams and steady growth across every part of the business.
